Curriculum

The curriculum is designed to yield an understanding of business, the ability to utilize decision processes, a knowledge of functional operations specifically as they relate to the management of Human Resources and the ability to work effectively in today’s ever changing business environment. The main purpose of this concentration is to provide an opportunity for today’s dynamic HR professional to study current issues and concerns. Students will learn/review theories and applications involved with people management. Current topics such as training, selection, compensation and legal issues will be studied in depth.
