Mr. Chuck Fisk is an Associate Professor of Economics in the Donald R. Tapia School of Business at Saint Leo University, where he has taught economics since 1972.

M.A., Duke University
His professional and research interests include welfare economics and social justice issues. He is the author of chapters in The Reagan Years, Perspectives and Assessments and Social Justice.
Mr. Fisk has been instrumental in developing and growing the university's SERVE program, sending students, faculty, and staff on domestic and international service projects.
