Joseph Little, Jr., Esq. is an Assistant Professor of Business Law in the Donald R. Tapia School of Business, teaching in both the undergraduate and graduate program levels.
He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of South Florida and a J.D. from The Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in East Lansing, Michigan.
Dr. Little taught as an adjunct instructor on a part-time basis in the university's Weekend & Evening Program before joining the faculty full-time in Fall, 2006. Previously, he was a Civil and Criminal Trial Attorney with offices in Tampa and Clearwater, Florida.
His professional and research interests include white-collar crime prosecution and labor law. He's been featured in numerous industry and academic publications and as a featured speaker at international conferences in North America and Europe.
