Dr. Michael Rogich is a professor of CIS in the Donald R. Tapia School of Business at Saint Leo University.

Before joining the full-time faculty, Dr. Rogich was director of the universrity's Center for Online Learning. Under his leadership, the Center grew from approximately 150 students to nearly 5,000 students.
Prior to joining the university, he was the Director of the Sloan Center for Asynchronous Learning at Drexel University, where he grew the Master of Information Systems program from 20 students to 300 students in the span of two years.
Before entering academia, he practiced law and worked in the IT division of several banks and insurance companies. Today, he remains a member of the Maryland Bar.
His research focus is on the requirements determination phase of the software development process. He is also a reviewer for the Journal of Management Information Systems and IEEE Systems, Man and Cybernetics.
