Dr. Shannon Jackson is an Associate Professor of Business in the Donald R. Tapia School of Business at Saint Leo University.
Dr. Jackson holds a Masters in Mass Communications from Arizona State University and a Doctorate in Urban Services Management with a cognate in Management from Old Dominion University.
Prior to joining the faculty at Saint Leo, she worked in public relations for Ramada Inns, Argo Communications, and Newport News Shipbuilding. She also taught journalism and public relations at Hampton University and Ithaca College.
Her professional and research interests include individual and group decision making and group behavior as well as the efficacy of new technologies in the classroom.
Dr. Jackson has presented at numerous regional, national, and international conferences and is the author of several articles on these subjects.
