Dr. Foster has been at Saint Leo University since 2003. Her area of expertise is Sport Law. She also teaches the professional development seminar which prepares students for their full-time senior internship. In the new, online MBA with concentration in Sport Business, Dr. Foster teaches the Foundations and Risk Management courses.
Dr. Foster has published numerous journal articles in the area of sport law and recreational sport management and has authored several chapters in leading textbooks for sport management and recreational sport. She regularly presents at national conferences; is a member of several professional journal editorial boards; and serves as past-Chair of the Sport Management Program Review Council (SMPRC), a governing body that grants national APPROVED status to sport management curricula at the undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels throughout the United States.
Dr. Foster was born in Wichita, Kansas but calls Titusville, Florida home.
