- The Cannon Memorial Library now offers instruction in writing and research to students of all levels, across the curriculum. In the spirit of Saint Leo's student-centered approach, the library hired Ángel L. Jiménez, M.A. an Instructor of Writing and Research in the Fall 2011 semester. With over four years of experience working in university Writing Centers and teaching college writing, Ángel seeks to share his expertise with Saint Leo students so that they may write effectively. Instruction is offered in all aspects and stages of the writing process. Whether a student needs help finding the right sources for a research paper, formulating a clear thesis statement, or formatting a paper according to MLA/APA/ASA/Chicago guidelines, Ángel is eager to help.
