Sixteen weeks of work culminates in one grueling week of final examinations; a week of countless hours of preparation, late nights, and junk food. For many students,
final exam week may require 10 or more hours of study time per day.
From miles away, you can show your support and reward your child’s hard work, making this time a little more bearable and pleasant. One student said that she knew her parents were there for her, but the care package they sent made the difference in her performance—a performance that earned her a place on the Dean’s List.
The Saint Leo Chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA) will hand-deliver a care package from you to your son or daughter in his or her residence hall. If you wish, a short greeting can accompany the care package. The entire package including your greeting can be hand-delivered for only $19.50.
THE SURPRISE, CARE PACKAGE
Each care package will contain a variety of items including CapriSun Juice, Austin’s Cracker Sandwiches, Chips, Candy Bar, Little Debbie Cookies and Cakes, Ramen Noodles, and other surprises. The care packages are guaranteed to contain at least 22 items!
SIMPLIFYING THE PROCESS
If you were to mail the package yourself, postage alone may cost at least $19.50! Plus, think of the time it would take to shop for these items, pack the items, wait in line at the post office, insure the package, and wait a week or more for delivery…we will do it all more quickly and cheaply!
THE AMERICAN MARKETING ASSOCIATION
The AMA is a student-run organization, overseen by a faculty advisor. It is an international, award-winning organization (23 consecutive years) that allows students to meet other students while gaining valuable experience in preparing for a future career.
