Update Contact Info/Name Change

For name and social security number (SSN) changes/corrections:

  1. Submit form
  2. Mail or fax (highest resolution possible) legal documents (Copy of your Social Security card, marriage license or divorce decree) indicating the changes/corrections to:

  3. It will take approximately 3 - 4 weeks for the changes/corrections to be made.
  4. Students should contact helpdesk@saintleo.edu once you confirm that your name change has been completed as passwords and logins for your portal (Elion, webmail, etc.) accounts could be affected.
  5. Students should also contact colinvolvement@saintleo.edu once you confirm that your name change has been completed to verify your IROAR log in and password.
  6. If you are currently enrolled in courses while your name change is taking place, you should email your instructors immediately to let them know to ensure that your grades are accurate.
