October 03, 2008 — Saint Leo University opens the University Concert Series for the 2008-09 academic year Monday, Oct. 6, with an appearance from the Sunshine Brass Band.
The group will perform at 7:30 p.m. in the Student Community Center. Admission is free and the public is invited.
The Sunshine Brass Band is a not-for-profit group of volunteer musicians from Central Florida, founded in 1983. The band performs the style of popular music that originated in England during the Industrial Revolution.
