Pastoral Advisory Council
Following the KRA on Catholic Identity, a Pastoral Advisory Council was formed here at Saint
Leo. The Council first began meeting in May 2009 and meets at least once each semester.
Mission and Purpose
The Pastoral Advisory Council of Saint Leo University serves and supports University Ministry
by offering insight and guidance into the spiritual needs of our students, staff and faculty. Called
by Christ to be all things to all people, it is the purpose of the Pastoral Advisory Council to foster
and identify the spiritual needs of the entire Saint Leo community of all faith backgrounds. The
mission of this council is to assist University Ministry by promoting a spirit of inclusion and
collaboration between departments and community so that those both on and off campus are
touched by the loving presence of God in their lives.
