As the first M.Ed. Educational Leadership program to be approved by the State Department of Education in 2008, Saint Leo serves as a model for educational leadership in the State of Florida.

You’ll master Florida Principal Leadership Standards, the Florida System of School Improvement and Accountability, and the Florida Educational Leadership Examination (FELE)—and attain Florida Education Leadership Level 1 certification. The Educational Leadership graduate curriculum includes explorations in:

The majority teach in Florida school districts, including Pasco, Hillsborough and Marion.
