Master of Education Instructional Leadership Concentration

Expand your leadership skills in and beyond the classroom. In Saint Leo’s M.Ed Instructional Leadership program, you’ll gain advanced knowledge of instructional practice, theory and technology so you can fully participate in educational governance at the school, district and community levels.

The program is designed to meet the continuing education and professional development needs of Florida educators who wish to become master teachers and instructional leaders, but do not currently seek advancement as principals or administrators via the Education Leadership Level 1 certification through the Florida Department of Education

The M.Ed. Instructional Leadership can be taken as a blended program that combines traditional, in-person classes—with a variety of delivery formats, including online options and video conferencing. Most students complete the degree within two years.
