Darla Asher earned her Master of Arts in Library and Information Science from University of South Florida and her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Ball State University. She currently serves as the Online Resources Librarian at Cannon Memorial Library, managing the print and online serials collections as well as periodically teaching library instruction. Darla is working toward earning a Master’s in Business Administration from Saint Leo University and just completed a study abroad trip to Panama where she studied Global Business Management. Darla’s research interests include the design of library space in academic libraries and using cloud-based integrated library systems. She is an active member in Florida Library Association and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.
