Jeffrey has a proven record of accomplishments in organization assessment, planning, and evaluation. Prior to joining the Saint Leo community, he served as director of consulting for a training and consulting firm and as director of an issues management group, Future Policy Alternatives, with the Texas Department of Human Services. He has more than 25 years of experience in organizational performance improvement.

He is currently a professor of psychology and associate vice president of Academic Affairs at Saint Leo University. He leads a collaborative research and assessment team that productively engages faculty and employees in using data to drive measurable improvements.

Jeffrey is a frequent presenter and workshop facilitator at the National Symposium on Student Retention. He has presented invited addresses on topics ranging from sales and customer loyalty to state policy on elder abuse, and he has served on the editorial board for the American Journal of Community Psychology.
