Biography:

Dr. Cathleen Dunn is a 6th generation Floridian. She was born in Tampa, but has traveled extensively and has lived abroad in Egypt, a country that has a special place in her heart. She has two grown sons.  In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and studying genealogy

Teaching & Professional Interests:

Dr. Dunn has had a varied career, working in government, academia and in the private sector as a consultant. She has over 25 years of teaching experience, both on-ground and online. She has worked exclusively in the online environment for the last 13 years, serving in various capacities as an adjunct, a full-time professor and as an administrator. Throughout her career, Dr. Dunn has taught a variety of Psychology and Organizational Behavior courses and is a strong advocate for online education. Her research interests include mindfulness and cognitive reframing. She is now the Director of the Graduate Studies in Psychology Program.
