Dr. Robert D. Pratt is a full time Assistant Professor of Management for the Saint Leo University, Fort Eustis Education Center. He retired as a GS15 after working for 36 years for the Department of Defense holding various positions as a professor, director of policy and performance, program manager, contracting officer and logistician. While at DOD, he taught for the Defense Acquisition University, Naval Post Graduate School, and the Naval Center for Acquisition Training. His vitae, includes courses in acquisition, program & project management, contracting, leadership and lean six sigma. He has held several adjunct faculty positions at the University of Virginia, USDA Graduate School, and Tidewater Community College. Dr. Pratt is a veteran having served on active duty in the U.S. Navy. He’s been a keynote speaker and presenter at various professional and academic conferences including, the American Management Association, Project Management Institute, and the National Defense Industrial Association.
