Biography:

Dr. Robert J. Diemer is a tenured Professor and serves as the Director of the Department of Public Safety Administration for Saint Leo University in Florida. Dr. Diemer retired as a career law enforcement officer with over 40 years of varied investigative experience and has extensive knowledge and expertise in the area of environmental and drug enforcement investigations, undercover operations, policy development, internal affairs, major crimes, aviation and Tribal policing.  Dr. Diemer was also responsible for managing and coordinating all operations of the Florida Department of Environmental Protections Environmental Terrorism Response Team.
