Teaching Philosophy:

I believe in a constructivist theory of learning.  I promote active student-centered learning. Students, as well as their instructors must be active in the learning process.  Student centered learning places the student at the center of learning.  Emphasis is on the student’s needs, abilities, interest, and learning styles.
