Dr. Persky is a member of the Florida Bar and has handled cases in the Criminal and Civil divisions of the 13th Judicial Circuit of Florida. He also served as an Assistant County Attorney in Hillsborough County before coming to Saint Leo in 1999. Dr. Persky has served as Academic Programs Administrator, Associate Dean and Dean of Continuing Education and as Assistant to the President at Saint Leo. Earlier in his career, Dr. Persky was Associate Dean for Student Affairs at the University of South Florida.
