Biography:
Robert "Bobby" Sullivan spent three decades policing in central Florida. Over two decades were spent in narcotics enforcement where he served as an undercover detective, detective sergeant, and then commander over the narcotics, intelligence, street gang, and counter-terrorism units. He has particular interest in the causation and effects of radical Islamic terrorism and has traveled and studied the topic extensively in Israel. Bobby is certified in circuit court as an expert in covert operations, informant liability, and latent fingerprint analysis.

Upon his retirement, Bobby joined his alma mater, Saint Leo University. He teaches academic courses to traditional, military, on-line, and adult college students that include: Criminal investigations, police leadership and management, terrorism, and police organization and administration. He also annually takes counter-terrorism students to the Middle East to study with the Israeli Defence Forces, Israeli police, and Israeli Special Forces.
