Entrance into graduate programs is a highly competitive process.
Thus, students should plan for the admissions process early in
their career. Part of this planning is carefully considering their
performance in courses throughout their undergraduate career.
Students who wish to pursue an advanced degree and request a
Committee letter of reference must have a GPA of 3.2 or higher to
be considered for a letter. Transcripts from all universities and
colleges must be submitted with the application packet for
consideration. It is important to recall that every grade earned
during a student’s undergraduate career will be included when
determining GPA, grade forgiveness at the University
does not translate to the admissions process for graduate and
health professional programs.
