A minor in Hospitality Management prepares you for a dynamic career in the multi-billion dollar hospitality industry. When combined with a Saint Leo marketing, accounting, or other business major, the minor in hospitality managment can literally open doors to endless fun and exciting opportunities that exist worldwide.

Professional development opportunities

  • Internships: Intern for credit at a host agency anywhere in the world. Our students have built their resumes at Disney World, Busch Gardens, Tampa Convention Center, InterContinental Hotels Group, Sandals Grande Antigua Resort & Spa, and the Tahuayo Lodge in Peru.   • Conferences: Attend hospitality-related shows and conferences, such as the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Show, International Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Show; and Industry Liaison Council meetings, to name a few.
  • Co-curricular activities: Get involved and join our student chapter of the National Society of Minorities in Hospitality, the International Tourism Club, or Saint Leo's Sport Business Student Association.
