Admission Requirements

The Doctor of Business Administration (D.B.A.) is an advanced degree program that prepares graduates with research, critical analysis, and application skills to make intellectual contributions to their fields of business study. The D.B.A. develops graduates for teaching, academic leadership, or working in the consulting field. The program leverages the school’s expertise in delivering flexible graduate programs that are student-centered, application oriented, and outcomes driven.

Program Format:

The Doctor of Business Administration curriculum is presented through our highly respected online and classroom programs. The format includes three separate one-week seminars at University Campus during the intersession break. All other courses are eight-week module-based courses taken one at a time and delivered through our nationally acclaimed online platform.

Cohorts start twice a year; April and December. Cohort size is limited.

Admission Process

Doctor of Business Administration (D.B.A.) applicants must submit the following materials:

Official transcript indicating successful completion of a master’s degree (or higher) from regionally accredited institutions or approved nationally-accredited institutions with a minimum GPA of 3.25 (transcript required)

If the applicant has less than 3.25/4.0 GPA, a minimum GMAT score of 550 can be used to meet this criteria. Official GMAT test results should be mailed directly to the Director of Graduate Admission. Test scores more than five years old are not accepted.
