Deposit

Students offered admission to the University must submit a nonrefundable $500 enrollment deposit to reserve their place in the entering class. The deposit will appear as a credit toward tuition costs for the student's first term of enrollment.

Once the deposit is received, the University will provide with a New Student Packet containing important information regarding residence life, on-campus housing, registration procedures and orientation.

Contact us at (800) 334-5532 or (352) 588-8283 anytime Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST to deposit by phone. When you submit your deposit, you’ll also need to be prepared to advise us if you plan to reside in campus housing.

Mail

Once you have been admitted to Saint Leo University, you will receive an admission packet in the mail. Included in the packet will be a Decision Reply Form. You may complete this form and return it with your $500 nonrefundable tuition deposit. You may submit your $500 deposit by check (made payable to Saint Leo University), money order or credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, DISCOVER and American Express.

Deposit Deadline

In accordance with the National Candidate Reply Date policy, the the enrollment deposit for students entering in the fall semester is due by May 1. For students admitted after that date, and for students wishing to enroll for the spring semester, the deposit is due within two weeks of the notification of admission.

Students should only submit their enrollment deposit to the school in which they plan to enroll, and then notify other schools to which they have been admitted of their decision. Saint Leo University and many other schools reserve the right to rescind offers of admission for students found to have submitted more than one enrollment deposit to different schools.

Saint Leo University adheres to the National Association for College Admissions Counseling (NACAC) guidelines regarding enrollment deposit deadlines.
