Saint Leo University relies on you and other volunteers to turn our annual calendar of reunion and alumni events into reality. We have an opportunity for you, regardless of where you are located or the time you are able to commit.

Below are some of the ways volunteers can help with alumni events and reunions.

Event Host Committees

• Make phone calls, and send emails and letters encouraging alumni to attend events.
• Attend events and welcome guests.
• Help with pre-event logistics.

Reunion Committees

• Contact classmates by phone, email and letter, encouraging them to attend reunion events.
• Assist in finding "lost" classmates.
• Submit class notes and updates for publication in Spirit magazine.

Reunion Gift Chairs

• Work with the Annual Fund Office to set giving goals for reunion class gifts.
• Solicit classmates for reunion class gifts by letter, email and personal visits.
• Recruit classmates to help solicit gifts.
