Residence Halls

Deciding where you want to live is a big decision. That's why we've created 13 residence halls, each with something different to offer our 1,600+ residential students. Make your new home in a traditional community-style double room or single, or an on-campus apartment or suite.

Saint Leo is first and foremost a residential liberal arts university, so all fulltime campus students are required to live on campus. Exceptions are allowed if you're commuting from home, married, a veteran or nontraditional student, or are an upperclassman who's earned over 90 credits.

For residence hall and meal plan rates, visit Tuition & Fees. Students living in residence halls are required to have the unlimited meal plan unless he or she lives in Apartments 1-4. In those buildings they can choose the 5, 10, or unlimited plan, but must choose one. Students residing at the East Campus (located 4 miles from University Campus) can choose the 5, 10, unlimited, or no meal plan.)
