Benoit

Located on the east side of campus, Benoit Hall has two floors of double rooms and is home to around 120 upper-class and freshman male residents in a traditional "community style" layout. Double rooms line each hallway with a community bathroom on each wing (two floors, two wings on each floor).Residents are encouraged to wait until they arrive on campus before cutting any carpet for their rooms because the location of the vanity varies room to room. Adjacent to Benoit is an outdoor sand volleyball court, which can be used year-round and is shared with other east side residents. Benoit's laundry room and lounge are both located on the first floor. All Benoit residents are on the unlimited meal plan. Benoit has four Resident Assistants (one on each wing).


Henderson

Located on the east side of campus, Henderson Hall is home to over 180 women in a traditional "community style" layout. Double rooms line each hallway with a community bathroom on each wing (three floors, two wings on each floor). Henderson predominantly houses freshmen women, but is home to upper-class women as well. Residents are encouraged to wait until they arrive on campus before cutting carpet for their rooms because the location of the built in vanity (counter, sink & cabinets) varies room to room. An outdoor sand volleyball court is located between Henderson and Benoit which is used year round by east side residents. The laundry room is located on the third floor and the game room & study lounge is located on the first floor of Henderson. All Henderson residents are on the unlimited meal plan. Henderson has 6 Resident Assistants (one on each wing).


Alumni Hall

Located on the east side of campus, Alumni Hall is home to approximately 50 male & female upper-class students (traditionally a sophomore hall, though it is open to all upper-class students). Alumni Hall provides double rooms with private bathrooms. All residents in Alumni are on the unlimited meal plan. Alumni shares laundry rooms with Roderick (laundry rooms are located at either end of the first floor of Roderick). Alumni Hall has two Resident Assistants -one on each floor.


Roderick Hall

Located on the east side of campus, Roderick Hall is a two-story building providing suite-style living for 93 male and female students in separate suites. Roderick is typically a sophomore hall, though it is open to all upper-class students. Each suite contains four single bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a common living area complete with furniture. Roderick Hall has two laundry facilities located on the first floor which are shared with Alumni Hall. All residents in Roderick are on the unlimited meal plan. There are four Resident Assistants in the building- one at either end of both floors.


Apartments I, II, III, IV

Located on the north side of campus nearest Lake Jovita are the Apartments. All four apartment buildings are home to upper-class students, though Apartments 1 and 2 are predominantly juniors and sophomores (with 190 residents) and Apartments 3 and 4 are predominantly seniors and juniors (with 320 residents). All rooms in Apartments 3 and 4 are single rooms that share a full kitchen, while Apartments 1 and 2 contain single or double rooms and full or efficiency kitchen options. Residents of the Apartments have the choice of the 5, 10 or unlimited meal plan. The Apartments have 15 Resident Assistants (1 per floor). Resident Assistants sit duty each night in the lobbies of Apartments 1, 3 and 4. Apartments 3 and 4 have elevators and ground level entrances on two floors (as they are built into a hill). Professional staff live in the first floor of each of the four Apartment buildings.


East Campus Apartments

The East Campus apartments are located approximately 4 miles from the main University campus (in Dade City). The East Campus apartments are composed of two buildings in a wooded setting with Dade City residential properties next door. Each building is two floors, with four apartments on each floor. Approximately 50 students live in the East Campus apartments as well as 2 Resident Assistants and a professional staff member. Apartments open to an exterior hallway with one stairwell in each building. Apartments contain a foyer, dining room, full kitchen with laundry and storage, living room, screened in patio and two double rooms (the A room has a bathroom directly outside the bedroom door, the B room has a bathroom that opens into the bedroom). The second floor apartments feature high vaulted ceilings. East Campus students may choose any meal plan or to not have a meal plan at all.


Apartments 5 & 6

Buildings 5 and 6 are our newest residence halls. Building 5 opened in August 2012 and Buildings 6 set to open August 2013. Building 5 and 6 are both four story buildings providing suite-style living for approximately 150 (per building) male and female students in separate suites. These buildings are open to all upper-class students. Most suites contain four single bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a common living area complete with furniture, a built-in flat screen television and full size refrigerator in addition to a common access storage closet located off the living room in each suite for bike and other storage. Each building has laundry facilities on the second floor and elevators. All residents in Buildings 5 and 6 are on the unlimited meal plan. There are four Resident Assistants per building (one on each floor). RA's can be found on duty in the common area on the first floor.

Building 5 features campus community space in the form of a large lounge area that includes gaming televisions/play area, a fitness center, arcade gaming area, large saltwater aquarium and state of the art nap-pods. For security, residential hallways beyond the lounge are card access controlled so while the community space is open to all Saint Leo community members, the residential areas remain secure.
