Atlanta Region Hosts Commencement on Saturday, June 7, in Marietta, Georgia

Nearly 325 students will receive degrees at the noon event, to be held at the Cobb Energy and Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta. Most will receive associate and bachelor’s degrees, and 80 students will receive master’s degrees in business administration, criminal justice, education, and social work. Angie Williams, who earned her Bachelor of Arts in human services, and Pearlie McKinzie, who earned her Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice/homeland security, both Morrow Education Center students, were selected to deliver the farewell address. Bettina Sellers, Class of 2013, will offer the alumni welcome and assist in the traditional turning of the tassels.

State Representative Stacey Evans, Georgia House District 40, will deliver the guest commencement address Saturday, June 7, to local graduates of Saint Leo University.

Saint Leo University’s Atlanta region includes adult education centers in Gwinnett (Duluth), Marietta, and Morrow, Georgia, offering master’s, bachelor’s, and associate degree programs.
