Chefs Battle, Diners Feast

Diners couldn’t help but be captivated as chefs from Saint Leo University Dining Services prepared competitive dinner offerings Wednesday before a panel of judges from the university community, along with guest judge Katie Machol, food and drink editor of Creative Loafing. Chef Justin Bush took the top honor in Wednesday’s competition. Chefs were slated to compete in teams Thursday in a second round of culinary excitement.
