Saint Leo University’s specialty license plate is now available at local county tag agencies. Students, alumni, and friends now can show the Pride of Saint Leo on their vehicle through the new license plate. The license plate features the University’s name and lion mascot in green and gold.

The specialty license plate is available in county tag agency offices throughout Florida for are an additional $27 annually, with $25 going directly to Saint Leo for scholarship support. “Saint Leo University’s student and alumni population are booming in Florida, and this is another way for people to show their pride and support the University,' said Dr. Arthur F. Kirk, Jr., president of the University.

For more information on obtaining your own Saint Leo license plate, visit the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicle website. Nearly 4,000 of the University’s more than 12,000 students are in Florida at the traditional University Campus, just north of Tampa, or at one of its continuing education centers in Gainesville, Key West, Leesburg, MacDill Air Force Base, Mayport Naval Station, Ocala, Orange Park, Palatka, St. Augustine, and St. Petersburg.
