One-Woman Play on Campus tonight

Cannon Memorial Library will host a performance of Dearly Departed, an original work of dramatic comedy by playwright and songwriter Yasmine Van Wilt at 7 p.m., Wednesday Sept. 3. Van Wilt will also perform original music.

The show is free and open to the public. It will be held in the library's browsing area.

Van Wilt earned a master's degree in playwriting and script development from the University of Exeter, England, in 2007. She has performed Dearly Departed in England. She completed her bachelor's degree in theatre at Eckerd College and graduated in 2005.
