Stepping Up for Tampa Bay During the Republican National Convention
September 25, 2012
Saint Leo University was
proud to help support the efforts recently of Front Row Tampa Bay, an
unprecedented effort, built around the Republican National
Convention, to promote regional and Florida businesses and economic
opportunity to the rest of the nation and world as all eyes are
upon our community next week.
For four days on August 27-30, from 9 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. each day, programming was live-streamed over the web to targeted influencers and businesses across the nation. University President Arthur F. Kirk, Jr., was interviewed during the programming.
The full programming schedule for the entire four-day broadcast can be found at http://frontrowtampabay.com/be-part-of-the-show.
Additionally, Saint Leo University lent the use of some classroom and conference room space at our Tampa Education Center for use as a Social Media Command Center. This allowed bloggers familiar with Tampa Bay to get the word out about important programming and events using social media.
