Tampa Greets Saint Leo University in Channelside
July 22, 2011
Saint Leo University’s opening event
Thursday in Tampa’s Channelside District was greeted with
enthusiasm. The news of the Student Support Center assembled to
assist online students, and the establishment of a new continuing
education center for adults seeking traditional classroom-led
instruction, is a double bonus to the entire Tampa Bay area, as
well as to the immediate neighborhood near the 1120 E. Kennedy
Blvd. address. The university is leasing more than 16,300 square
feet of space in the building, known as Grand Central at
Kennedy.
