Consumers Digest ranks SLU in top five private colleges
May 10, 2007
SAINT LEO, FLA. – Consumers Digest magazine ranked Saint Leo University in the nation’s top five best values in Private Colleges and Universities. In a recent news release, the magazine’s publisher reported that the schools were evaluated according to a formula that combined the academic achievements of first-time freshmen (standardized test scores, high-school rank, grade-point average) with the University’s educational quality, based on its graduation rate, the student-to-faculty ratio, and the percentage of faculty with doctoral degrees.
The complete story can be found in the June issue of Consumers Digest, available at newstands and in bookstores.
