Timely Notification Bulletins

In compliance with Jeanne Clery Act disclosure requirements, we are providing the following Timely Notification Bulletins concerning alleged crimes that have occurred at Saint Leo University. These Timely Notification Bulletins provides suggestions that will allow you to make educated decisions about your personal safety and if applicable, how to access additional resources.


The Saint Leo University Campus Security & Safety Department has received a report of an alleged sexual assault that occurred in the early morning hours of Sunday,  January 22, 2017 between two undergraduate students.

The alleged incident took place inside of a residence hall on campus and an investigation is underway to collect all pertinent information. It was reported that consent was not present. Saint Leo University has offered resources and advocacy as they work through this process. Students are reminded to keep their room doors locked and not to provide building access to other individuals.
