Our services include, but are not limited to:
Needs assessments/environmental scans- a systematic process for addressing needs or gaps. It is part of planning processes used for organizations and communities.
Program and outcome evaluation-individual systematic studies conducted to assess how well a program is working and why.
Development of measures/surveys- systematically creating measures or surveys to be used in assessment and evaluation for organizations.
Program development-developing, expanding, and improving programs for social services.
Grant consultation/writing-compiling a grant application to obtain funding for programs and organizations or further research.
Data collection and analysis- collecting data/surveys/measure, entering them into a database and using statistical software to compile the results.
Focus group facilitation-A focus group is a group of ten or more people, led by a facilitator in a group interview format, and brought together to discuss issues and explore subjective matters, such as service expectations, feelings and experiences, with their stakeholders.
Literature reviews- A written document compiled to synthesize and summarize research findings related to a problem, organization, services, etc.
Evaluation and TQM planning-consists of organization-wide efforts to install and make permanent a climate in which an organization continuously improves its ability to deliver high-quality services to customers.
Strategic planning for nonprofit organizations-the process of defining its strategy, or direction, and making decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy.
Research planning- preparing and scoping a plan for research activities.
Geographic information systems (GIS) analysis-a computer system designed to capture, store, manipulate, analyze, manage, and present all types of spatial or geographical data. Analyses will assist organizations in using this useful data.
