Based on a holistic approach to wellness, Saint Leo University Counseling Services provides for the emotional, psychological and spiritual needs of its students and campus personnel. Promoting education, prevention and intervention, the Counseling Center strives to aid individuals on their path toward academic, social, and personal growth. Additionally, the University recognizes the effects of alcohol and other substances and encourages students to seek assistance.
The Counseling Center's hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., by appointment. Extended hours are arranged on an individual basis. Although e-mail and web information is not intended to replace face-to-face counseling, it can provide an opportunity to explore topics related to mental health and emotional well-being.
