Vision Statement
Through collaboration with the University community, our skills, our knowledge and our creativity, the department of dining services will remain on the leading edge of excellence in the food service industry, anticipating consumers’ needs and striving for high customer satisfaction.

Mission Statement
In support of the Saint Leo University mission statement and core values, the mission of the department of dining services is dedicated to providing exceptional food, service, and value to the university students, faculty/staff, and guests. We support the university by cultivating an environment that fosters a sense of community guided by the Saint Leo core values of Excellence, Respect, Personal Development, Integrity, and Responsible Stewardship. We are responsive to the needs of our customers and strive to exceed their expectations. We provide our people with opportunity for growth and advancement where they are treated equally, with dignity, and respect.

Emphasis/Goals
Our goals are to be acknowledged for our outstanding service to customers; recognized as responsible servants to our community; known as innovative and student centered practitioners; and regarded as one of the premier dining service programs in the country. Specifically, to reflect our commitment to our vision and include the following:
