Meet the Staff
OFFICE OF RESIDENCE LIFE STAFF
The Department of Residence Life staff works to provide support, guidance and assistance for over 1,400 residential students. The professional staff team currently includes a Director, Associate Director, Assistant Director, a Senior Coordinator and two Graduate Assistants. Additionally, we have forty-four Resident Assistants (RA's) living in our 12 residence halls to intentionally foster and develop strong positive communities and assist our resident students. Our RA’s are supervised by Resident Assistant Director's (RAD’s) who supervise and support an area of campus of 200-350 residents and 7-10 RA's.
The Office of Residence Life is located in Apartment 6, which is the new residence hall nearest the Student Activities Building (SAB) and Student Community Center (SCC). You can reach us by e-mail at residence.life@saintleo.edu, by phone at 352-588-8268 or by fax at 352-588-8901. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. We encourage students to seek assistance themselves, but are glad to speak to parents who would appreciate tips on coaching their students on how to ask for help or receive direction on solutions to residential concerns.
Residence life staff are available 24:7 for emergency assistance via the Campus Safety office (352-588-8432).
