Copyright Policy and the Digital Millennium Copyright
General Policy Statement

Saint Leo University's policy is to comply with United States
copyright law including the Digital Millennium
Copyright Act (DMCA) and the Technology, Education and Copyright
Harmonization Act (TEACH). The University further acknowledges
that copyright law applies to digital resources and that any
unauthorized distribution or redistribution of music, movies, text,
software or other protected media may be a violation of the law.
The University's values encourage all members of the University
community to exercise individual stewardship in understanding and
upholding the provisions of the copyright law and respecting the
copyrights of others.
