All tests are administered during the regularly scheduled date and time of the class, unless otherwise approved by the professor in writing to the OAS. Students are required to sign up for their exam at least 48 hours in advance. Students can sign up by stopping by Room 120 in Kirk Hall. All students must adhere to the policies of the Testing Center:
Students must remind the instructor at least 1 week in advance of the exam to submit a copy of the exam to the OAS.
Students must sign up with the OAS at least 48 hours in advance of the test.
Students who do not arrive for their scheduled test within 15 minutes of the agreed upon time will be asked to reschedule.
Students who arrive for their scheduled test less than 15 minutes late will be given the exam, but the exam time will begin when the exam was scheduled.
Students are only permitted to use the allotted time as outlined on their Letter of Accommodation.
Personal items are not permitted in the Testing Center. This includes, but is not limited to, cell phones, electrical devices (i.e. iPods), baseball caps, and heavy coats.
No food or drink is permitted in the Testing Center.
The OAS staff will monitor any breaks taken during the test.
The Testing Center is monitored by the OAS staff. Any student found cheating will be required to cease testing, the exam will be collected by the OAS staff, and the instructor will be notified.
Students found cheating will forfeit access to the Testing Center for the remainder of the semester.
