Enrollment verifications can be ordered by completing the online order process via the my.saintleo.edu Portal in e-Lion. The completed form will be returned directly to the lending institution. If there is no address for the lending institution then the form will be returned to the student.
If you do not have an e-Lion account you must request an enrollment verification by fax or mail.
Transfer Credit Policies
Saint Leo University recognizes transfer credit from regionally accredited institutions or approved nationally-accredited institutions. Non-regionally accredited coursework, part of a degree-seeking program, will be considered on a course-by-course basis. Transfer credit is assessed on the educational quality of the learning experience; the comparability of the nature, content, and level of the learning experience; and the applicability of the learning experience in light of the student’s educational goals. Transfer Credit from Testing
Requests for additional copies of your diploma may be purchased any time after graduation.
The fee for each diploma, through regular U.S.P.S. mail, is $30.00. There are other options for overnight or International mailing at additional costs. The reorder process takes approximately two weeks. Reorder diplomas will be in the current style and bear the signature of the current administrators.

The Dean's List is issued at the end of the Fall 2, Spring 2 and Summer 2 semesters. Those students enrolled full-time for two consecutive terms, earning twelve new semester credits with a term grade point average of 3.65 or higher are recognized by placement on the Dean's List. To retrieve your Dean’s certificate, log on to my.saintleo.edu portal and under Online Services go to eForm. Once in eForm/Doc e Fill look to the left-hand menu under Student Documents for Deans Certificate. Click on Deans Certificate and your certificate will load. You can print the certificate using the Printer icon at the top left of the page.
