Student/Employee IDs
Saint Leo University provides identification cards to all students and employees. ID cards can be used to verify student status, grant access to University buildings, purchase meals at the University Campus Dining Hall, and check out books at the Cannon Memorial Library.
ID card requests can be submitted via eForm through the eLion portal. When submitting the eForm, you must upload a passport style photo that meets the specified guidelines on the eForm.
If Campus Safety is unable to process your request, you will receive an email with additional information. Students and employees attending regional centers will have ID cards mailed to the address provided on the form. University Campus students and staff must pick up their ID cards on campus. You will be notified via email when your ID card is ready for pick up.
Please note that there is a $25 charge for replacement ID cards. Payment must be submitted before your ID card will be made available to you.
Lions Loot
Lions Loot are pre-paid funds you can add to your student ID card for purchases at dining service locations on University Campus, including the Dining Hall, Lions Lair, and Benedict’s Coffeehouse.
Adding money to your student ID is easy. To do so, visit the Student Financial Support Center, located in the heart of Saint Edward Hall. You will be asked to complete the Lions Loot Request form along with submitting your form of payment. Payments can be made by check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. Funds can be added August 1 through May 31 each year.
It’s important to note that student account credit balances from student financial aid funds may not be used to purchase Lions Loot. Any unused Lions Loot will be transferred from your ID card to your student account at the end of each academic year or upon request. If this return creates a credit balance, a refund will be initiated to you per your selected refund preference with BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX, Inc. Lions Loot funds may not be used to purchase gift cards.
