    Charles D. (Chuck) Oden is a retired U.S. Naval Officer and an Assistant Professor of Business at Saint Leo University Donald R. Tapia School of Business - Management Department. He is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and certified in Lean Six Sigma. Education includes a D.B.A Management from Nova Southeastern University and an M.A. Human Resource Management from Troy University. Professional affiliations include: The Association of Operations Professionals (APICS), Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Council of Supply Chain Management Professional Professionals (CSCMP), and American Society for Transportation and Logistics (AST&L). Research interests include the empirical study of practical wisdom, ethics, job satisfaction, interpersonal trust, team cohesiveness, and emotional intelligence. Teaching interests include supply chain and logistics, international business, entrepreneurship and business management.
