What is Delta Epsilon Sigma?
Delta Epsilon Sigma is a national scholastic honor society for students, faculty, and alumni of colleges and universities with a Catholic tradition. It was founded in 1939 to recognize academic accomplishments, to foster scholarly activities, and to encourage a sense of intellectual community among its members. Over one hundred colleges and universities have received charters to establish chapters of Delta Epsilon Sigma. Delta Nu Chapter is the local chapter of Delta Epsilon Sigma.
Have completed at least fifty percent of the credit requirements (60 semester credit hours) for their baccalaureate degrees with a distinction of performance, which, if continued, would make them eligible for graduation cum laude;
Provide documentation in the form of a paragraph that demonstrates leadership and service to others (occupational, career activities and recommendations are not acceptable demonstrations);
Be a Saint Leo University degree seeking student;
Have a minimum grade point average of 3.50;
Successfully submit an application with all required materials.
