If you are interested in exploring resource options available through the Title IX Office, please complete the Referral for Resources form.
If this an emergency contact your local law enforcement agency immediately.
Otherwise, confidential and non-confidential options are available for support.
Confidential resources, such as on-campus health professionals, counseling, and ministry, are not obligated to report information shared with them. The only exceptions to this rule are in cases that involve child abuse, imminent risk of serious harm, emergent hospitalization, or a court order. Sharing information with these resources does not initiate a formal investigation, disciplinary action, provision of academic services, adjustments to living arrangements, or other accommodations or remedies at Saint Leo.
