After a successful thirty-nine year career in university administration in student affairs and continuing education at Ohio State University, University of Dayton, Michigan State University, Bucknell University, Chowan University, and Saint Leo University, Dr. Ed Dadez shifted his full-time focus to the classroom. He is a Visiting Professor in the department of graduate education. His professional interests are in higher education leadership; history and philosophy of higher education; campus ecology; and student affairs administration. He has presented at numerous local, state, regional, and international conferences as well as written in a number of different publications.
Previous to transitioning to academic affairs, Dr. Ed Dadez was named Vice President of Student Affairs in March 2000. Over eighteen years, he led and supervised thirteen student affairs and campus operations departments. Along with the student affairs division for eleven years, he also led and supervised 40+ education centers and the online program.
