Meal Plans

Board Rates for 2024-2025

MEAL PLAN PER SEMESTER CHARGE

10 Meal Plan $2,335.00

Commuter Meal Plan (block of 10 meals) $155.00

In order to meet your campus dining needs, we have designed the following meal plans for the 2024-2025 academic year. If you need to purchase a meal plan, or if you would like to inquire about making a change to your selected meal plan, please contact Residence Life at Ext. 8268.

 

Meal Plan A – 19 meals per week: (All students who live on-campus and do not have a kitchen will be required to purchase a 19-meal plan.)

With this plan, you receive any 19 meals per week. This meal plan operates on a Sunday through Saturday weekly schedule. Meals that are not utilized for that week do not carry over to the following week. Only you can obtain a meal with your meal card. Meals cannot be shared. With this plan, you can take advantage of free equivalency meals at FUZ Fusion Eatery also called “Penny Meal”, Monday through Thursday, between 8:00p.m. to 10:00p.m.  Meal Plan A also includes $100 in Bonus Bucks that can be used at the FUZ, Benedict's Coffeehouse. Please note that bonus Bucks do not carry over from each semester, so if you don’t use them, you lose them 

 

Meal Plan B – 10 Meals per Week: (Available only to Apartment 1-4 residents with kitchen)

With this plan, you receive any 10 meals per week. This meal plan operates on a Sunday through Saturday weekly schedule. Meals that are not utilized for that week do not carry over to the following week. Only you can obtain a meal with your meal card. Meals cannot be shared.

 

Meal Plan C - 5 Meals per Week: (Available only to Apartment 1-4 residents with kitchens)

This plan offers any 5 meals per week. This meal plan operates on a Sunday through Saturday weekly schedule. Meals that are not utilized for that week do not carry over to the following week. Only you can obtain a meal with your meal card. Meals cannot be shared.

 

Commuter Meal Plan

Ideal for students who are on campus only a few times a week, the Commuter Meal Plan offers students blocks of 10 meals for just $155 each — a 15% savings over “door price.”

Frequently Asked Questions

To get the most from our services, we request that you adhere to the following procedures:

  • Please bus your own tables when finished eating.
  • Please do not remove food, dishes, or utensils from the dining area.
  • Meal cards (student IDs) are nontransferable. Do not give your card to anyone or borrow one from someone else.
  • You must present your card and/or Finger Biometric ID for validation at each meal and every Bonus Bucks transaction.
  • Proper footwear and clothing must always be worn at all times in a dining facility.
  • Take valuables with you to your seat; the university is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

These policies are strictly enforced.

In case of a missing ID card, please go to Campus Safety for a replacement card.

Remember, without your student ID for dining, you will have to pay debit or credit at the door.

*If enrolled in the Biometric Finger ID, no ID is required.

You can bring a guest to the dining hall as long as you have a swipe, whether it is a meal swipe, Bonus Bucks, or Lions Loot. Credit cards are accepted.

If you are out of meal “swipes,” a credit card is acceptable.

Your student ID is very important and must be presented every time to eat any meal and gain entrance into the Dining Hall. Please feel free to inquire about your current account balance at any time. It is important that you monitor your balance to ensure that you are properly budgeting your account during the semester. In addition, our Dining Services staff will monitor each account and notify you if your balance is getting low.

Your meal card (or the Biometric Finger ID is required for all transactions and is nontransferable, therefore, only you can obtain a meal with your card. Bonus Bucks and Lions Loot can be used at all dining service facilities on campus during regularly scheduled hours.
