“Sometimes, We Just Need Someone To Talk To.”
College can be exciting, challenging, and everything in between. Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, relationships, academic pressures, or simply looking for someone to talk with, our team is here to support you. We provide a safe, confidential, and welcoming environment where students can explore concerns, build resilience, and develop the skills needed to thrive both personally and academically.
Taking the first step can be difficult, but you don't have to do it alone. We look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward health, wellness, and success. Saint Leo University Counseling services are free, confidential, and provided by licensed therapists for students currently registered in classes.
